About me

Hi! I’m Henry, a therapist who keeps things straightforward.

I work with teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, life transitions, and everything in between. I'm especially drawn to working with people who might not immediately see therapy as “for them,” or who’ve tried it before and left feeling like it missed the mark.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I use evidence-based treatments (like CBT and Behavioral Activation), but I don’t force a one-size-fits-all model. I tailor sessions based on what matters to you, what feels safe, and what actually helps.

A lot of my work has been with culturally diverse families and multilingual households, so I bring a flexible, systems-aware mindset into the room. Therapy with me is less about polished clinical language and more about real conversation. I try to be someone it’s easy to be honest with, even when things are tough.

If you’re looking for someone grounded, relatable, and invested in figuring out what works for you, I might be a good fit.

Education, Experience, Certifications

I received my MA in Child and Adolescent Psychology from the University of Washington. During my time there, I worked at a community mental health clinic with a wide range of clients, providing therapy in both English and Spanish.

My professional experience has centered around youth, young adults, and the people in their life across juvenile justice, immigration, foster care, and public school environments in English and Spanish.
